Boost your business with NEFAX®, your connection to volume and dependability. The NEFAX 691 performance-networked Business Class Facsimile provides solutions that accelerate office productivity. Offering high-resolution output, high quality copies and great image scanning, the NEFAX 691 delivers high-volume convenience. Features include a large standard memory, a 250 sheet letter / legal paper tray and a 10-page by-pass feed. An additional 500-sheet cassette is available. Count on a quick turnaround with 16-PPM print speed, a fast scan speed of up to 2.5 seconds per page and a high-speed fax communication via built-in 33.6K bps fax modem. Quick memory transmission provides simultaneous scanning and sending of documents.
The NEFAX 691s one-touch dial offers single-button access. Its easy walk-up keypad dial allows quick spontaneous use and the ability to broadcast up to 274 locations. A full complement of reports and confirmation results are also offered. Replacing consumables is easy and clean with the NEFAX 691s self-contained consumables. Simple front access and enclosed units offer fast and simple replacement. More smart technology includes network connectivity, network printing, Internet faxing, scan to email, auto memory lock, automatic document forwarding, auto fax forward and email archive. PC printer and Twain PC scanning in color and B/W are standard out of the box. The NEFAX 691 is Energy Star rated.
